Unfortunately you read that correctly!

This statement is 95% of the populations mindset…

It’s scary…

You won’t even catch on until you keep reading and have an “oh no that’s me” moment.

🤷🏿‍♂️ What am I talking about?

Gary Vaynerchuck says the easiest way to tell your business is doing poorly is when you say:

“That’s how we have always done it”

Same goes for mind and body.

Hopefully this is where the penny drops.

🧟‍♂️ Waking up stiff and sore?

😬 Nervousness and anxiety?

💃🏾 Lack of energy?

😴 Broken sleep?

I’m willing to bet at least 3/4 of these hit home

My final question.

What’s being done to fix it?

The painful reality is that the answer is probably NOTHING.

It’s 2018.

We have more information at our finger tips than ever before.

Yet, we do nothing with the information.

We are so used to feeling horrible it’s become the norm.

We just deal with it.

Pain killers to heal the physical pain.

Anti depressants for the mental state.

The silly thing is this:

Everyone has the information to fix their problems

However, No one puts it to practise.

It’s too hard…

Sorry, I don’t buy it!!

It’s because it’s different

It’s because it’s uncomfortable to break all the nasty habits we build.

What’s comfortable now is very quickly going to be uncomfortable!

The easy thing to do is put our head in the sand and pretend this isn’t us…

Taking the first step is the hardest..
